Within the scope of the LOESS project, which aims to raise awareness of Healthy Soil and is supported by the Horizon Europe program, three different PANELS and three STUDENT WORKSHOPS following these panels were held on 19-20-21 February 2025 in cooperation with ANS Education and Consultancy within the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science Education of Akdeniz University.<\/p>\n

‘Soil: Living Treasure Under Our Feet’, H\u00fcseyin \u00c7a\u011flar \u0130nce, founder of Do\u011fadabuan, Bioengineer, Documentarian, Author and Nature Awareness Expert, H\u00fcseyin \u00c7a\u011flar \u0130nce, Agricultural Engineer Assoc. Prof. Dr. Filiz \u00d6kt\u00fcren Asri from the Western Mediterranean Agricultural Research Institute Directorate (BATEM) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevda Altunba\u015f, Lecturer at the Department of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, Faculty of Agriculture, Akdeniz University participated as panelists and raised awareness among the students studying at Akdeniz University Science Education about\u00a0 Soil and Biodiversity, Living Soil, and Vanishing Soil. After the panel, 8 students participated in the workshop and worked intensively for the training modules to be developed by the students from 15 countries. We would like to thank the speakers and the students for their valuable contributions and all the students for their participation.<\/p>\n
