YOUTH are our future; changing societal attitudes often involves changing the way the younger generation perceives and interacts with the world, so that when they become the leaders and managers in society, their impact is significant. A good way forward out of the dilemma of under-involvement in Corporate Social Responsibility-CSR is by helping youth to overcome obstacles and become empowered to envision the future, lead, plan, design and follow through on initiatives of benefit to society. As they become decision-makers, the support they have received to change perceptions and implement CSR skills will flow on throughout the business world. CSR will become the new normal, and part of a company’s operational equation, rather than a tacked-on afterthought.

ANS is organizing several CSR activities voluntarily for the youth development:

Workshops and Seminars

ANS collaborates with schools, directorates of national education, local municipalities (and their youth councils) and youth organizations-NGOs and organize workshops, seminars focusing on 3 main areas: Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Social/Green Entrepreneurship. These seminars/workshops are mostly held onsite for those living in Antalya and online for the others.

Trainings

ANS provides trainings to young people in EU funding programs such as Erasmus+ and ESC. Throughout these trainings, we provide the youth with information about project types and funding programs. Additionally, we empower them in proposal writing, collaboration with European young people via raising their awareness about project planning, preparation and implementation. Those who have received these trainings will be able to come together with other young people from different cultures in another country as part of an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange, or experience living and volunteering in another country as part of an ESC project.

Mentoring

ANS provides mentorship to youth clubs/groups, youth organizations and youth NGOs who need support to be involved in European funded projects. More specifically, we guide them in their establishing their clubs/groups, registering them in the SALTO-YOUTH portal, developing their project proposals, creating their network, dealing with volunteering projects (ESC), etc.
