Namık has BSc degree in Economics. He specialized in Project Management and Financing throughout his 20 years experience in British Airways and Swiss Air. Since 2017, he has been running ANS Education and Consultancy Ltd. where he carries out consultancy and management, financing training and dissemination activities. He supports to enterprises on European funding opportunities and in the preparation of European project proposals. Partnering, networking and project planning activities, project coordination support activities (risk management,  etc.) are some of his main duties. He speaks English fluently.

Ayfer has a BA degree in ELT and MA degree in Curriculum Development. After working as an English Instructor and Curriculum Designer at a university for 9 years, she taught English at preschool, primary, secondary and high school level in various private education institutions and worked in Curriculum Development and Testing Units. Between 2012 and 2013, she worked as an editor in Fatih Project, which was carried out by TÜBİTAK. In 2017, she set up ANS Education and Consultancy Ltd. with her husband, Namık Yılmaz. She is assisting the educational institutions, local authorities and non govermental organizations to add international perspectives to their activities and establish international partnerships via creating new project opportunities.

 Her main duties include designing and implementing EU projects, providing Project Cycle Management Training organizing corporate trainings, seminars and workshops for teachers and students.

Çağlar has BSc degree in Bioengineering. During his university years, the love of travel and nature led him to a completely different career other than engineering. In order to promote Turkey's cultural and biological diversity and conservation he has worked on several projects. He has worked as a writer and editor in many national journals such as Atlas, Yeşil Atlas, Buğday, Tempo and Magma.

He also produced and hosted the documentary series on the subject of Turkey's wildlife and titled with "Not too late yet". Besides, he prepared documentaries and promotional films about the endemic species of Antalya with his friends. In 2017, he published his book titled “Doğadabuan (At this moment in the Nature): A Guide to Start Nature Observation”.

He is a part time Nature Teacher for ANS Ltd. and he has been leading the Nature Education Program from elementary to high school teachers, students and non-formal educators. His duties include giving talks to schools to raise awareness of environmental issues and to let people know what they can do to live in more sustainability. Also, he plans such events, activities, and programs (e.g. developing the curricula, schedule) to educate the next generation about environmental issues and how they can help. Through different projects he has considerable experience in designing and monitoring environmental educational programs. He speaks English fluently.

Özge has a BA degree in Early Childhood Education. She works in a private kindergarten as an educational coordinator. She is also a part-time researcher and project coordinator at ANS. Her interest areas include outdoor learning, forest schools, integrating Art into STEM subjects and environmental education. She is a creative drama practitioner. She has taken part in some national and international projects with schools, research centers and municipalities focusing on the high quality ECEC –early childhood education and care. She is experienced in coordinating Erasmus+ projects. She speaks English fluently.

Has a BA degree in Computer Science Engineering. He is a part-time researcher and project coordinator at ANS. He has been active in youth work since 2014. He has participated in some projects and events involving the youth in which he has taken the role of group leader and trainer. While doing voluntary work for municipalities and youth centers, he has gained experience in organizing and running community programs aimed at young people aged between 16 and 25. He has excellent digital and interpersonal skills. He speaks Englih fluently.

He is currently studying at Istanbul Yeditepe University, Department of Public Relations and Publicity. He works as a part-time youth worker and project coordinator at ANS. Since 2020, he has been involved in national and international activities for young people. He leads the 'Climate Volunteers' youth group, which is the Corporate Social Responsibility project of ANS, especially in Erasmus+ Youth Exchange projects. He has advanced digital competences. He has high communication skills and speaks English fluently.

She has 20 years of experience as a primary school teacher working with pupils from the age of 7 till 11. She is also a part-time teacher trainer and researcher at ANS. Her research areas include Inclusive Education, Children’s Literature, Play and Art Therapy, Museum Education, Multiple Intelligence, etc. She is the author of a picture storybook titled ‘Kuş Yuvası Saçlı Kız ve Huguftu ile Etkileşimli Bir Okuma Deneyimi’. The book deals with ‘Differences’. 

Dr Hilmi Doğan has BA degree in Chemisrry Teaching, MA degree in Science Education and he holds a PhD in STEM Education. He has worked as an experienced science teacher, STEM educator and project coordinator for Erasmus+ programmes. He has also been involved in national and international teacher training projects.
He continues to work on integrating thinking skills in science teaching, curriculum development and innovative learning that engages students and develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills. He speaks English fluently.
