Namık Yılmaz is the Founder and Director of ANS Education and Project Consulting Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Anadolu University and brings over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of aviation, finance, and project management. During his tenure at British Airways and Swiss Air, he specialized in financial operations, budget management, and performance analysis, gaining extensive experience in international corporate environments.
Since establishing ANS Education and Project Consulting Ltd. in 2017, Namık has been providing consultancy and training services in management, project financing, budgeting, and risk management. He works closely with public institutions, NGOs, and private sector organizations to help them identify European funding opportunities, develop competitive project proposals, and ensure the financial sustainability of international collaborations.
With a strong background in economic analysis and strategic planning, Namık combines his financial expertise with excellent research, organizational, and editing skills. He is deeply involved in budget preparation, cost optimization, and financial reporting processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in every stage of project implementation. His analytical mindset and attention to detail allow him to effectively evaluate funding mechanisms, monitor project performance, and deliver measurable results.

Serkan Yılmaz is a third-year Public Relations and Publicity student at Yeditepe University. He is skilled in digital communication, media literacy, data analysis (SPSS), and graphic design, and he is passionate about developing creative and impactful communication strategies. Serkan has practical experience in content production, social media management, and event organization, and he has been actively involved in Erasmus+ Youth and EU-funded projects, contributing to intercultural dialogue and youth engagement.

As a co-founder of CLIVO (Climate Volunteers), a social initiative promoting sustainability awareness, Serkan has shown strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills through various campaigns and youth-led activities. At ANS Education & Consultancy Ltd., he volunteers as a Communication Specialist, where he supports digital content creation, media coordination, and project communication. His enthusiasm for sustainability, youth participation, and creative communication reflects his commitment to building a more connected and environmentally conscious generation

Sinem is a second-year student in the English Language and Literature Department at the university. She recently joined ANS as a Project Manager Assistant, where she contributes to the planning, coordination, and implementation of national and international projects. In this role, she supports stakeholder engagement, assists in the organization of local and international events and workshops, and contributes to translation tasks. With strong interpersonal and organizational skills, Sinem is a proactive and motivated student eager to apply her academic knowledge to real-life projects that create meaningful social impact.

In addition to her project management role, Sinem is also an active member and Youth Leader of CLIVO – Climate Volunteers, a corporate social responsibility initiative of ANS. Within CLIVO, she engages young people in environmental and sustainability-focused activities, both in Turkey and through Erasmus+ Youth projects abroad. Passionate about climate change, sustainability, education, and social innovation, Sinem thrives in international and collaborative environments where she can connect with others, inspire change, and make a difference.

Hüseyin Çağlar İnce holds a BSc in Bioengineering. Guided by his lifelong passion for nature and travel, he has devoted his career to environmental education and sustainability projects. He has contributed as a writer and editor to leading Turkish magazines such as Atlas, Yeşil Atlas, Buğday, Tempo, and Magma, and produced the wildlife documentary series “Not Too Late Yet.”

He is the author of “Doğadabuan (At This Moment in Nature): A Guide to Starting Nature Observation” and has created documentaries highlighting the endemic species of Antalya. Currently, he works with ANS Education & Consultancy Ltd. as a Project Coordinator, focusing on Climate Change and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Actively involved in numerous national and international initiatives, he designs and implements educational programs to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable living.
