Sustainable Future Leaders – Empowering Youth Workers for a Green Tomorrow is a Training Course project aiming to cultivate a proactive community of youth workers skilled in sustainable practices and inclusion, who will disseminate these values within their organizations and broader communities.
Main Objectives
- Capacity Building for Green Youth Workers
– Foster Leadership Skills: Train youth workers to guide eco-friendly choices with an inclusive approach.
– Promote Digital Storytelling: Equip youth workers with tools to share inclusive environmental stories digitally.
– Green Non-Formal Education: Provide youth workers with green-themed active learning methods.
– Erasmus+ Framework Understanding: Train youth workers on Erasmus+ sustainability opportunities.
– Digital Competencies for Green Work: Equip youth workers with digital tools for sustainability education.
- Collaborative Environmental Advocacy
– Enhance Advocacy Skills: Empower youth workers to champion environmental policies at all levels.
– European Citizenship: Highlight shared environmental challenges and foster collaboration across member states.
