ANS Education and Consulting’s youth group, a Corporate Social Responsibility Project, spent an inspiring week in Poronin, Poland, with four members of Climate Volunteers! Between August 24-31, 2025, as part of an Erasmus KA153 project, they came together with 32 wonderful youth workers from 8 countries for a training course titled “Leaders of a Sustainable Future: Empowering Youth Workers for a Green Tomorrow.”
During this dynamic 6-day program, participants explored sustainability, inclusive leadership, and digital storytelling through creative and hands-on learning methods. They kicked off with energetic icebreaker games, team-building activities, and engaging discussions on making youth work more sustainable and inclusive.
Through GameLab sessions, participants designed and tested innovative tools for environmental education, ultimately creating the Eco-Leaders GameKit! The trip to Zakopane and the stunning Tatra National Park inspired deeper conversations about green advocacy, while intercultural evenings celebrated the group’s rich diversity.
The program concluded with pitching sessions, reflection circles, and a warm farewell, sending everyone home with new skills, connections, and motivation to create a greener, more inclusive future.
