We are pleased to announce that our Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange project has been approved! Our project, titled “Green Paths for Green Careers (GRENCA),” aims to raise young people’s awareness of green jobs, green skills, and sustainable career paths, and to guide them toward green careers that will contribute to sustainable economies across Europe.
Our objectives within the scope of the project:
-Raise awareness about the relationship between climate change and employment
– Introduce the broad scope of green jobs and the sustainability sector
– Provide information on the opportunities and challenges associated with green careers
– Identify green skills and explore their growing importance
– Develop young people’s communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills through widespread and interactive methods
– Support the participation of young people with fewer opportunities
Young people from five countries (Poland, Ireland, Italy, Romania, and Turkey) will come together during the youth exchange mobility taking place in Poland in June 2026 to learn, share, and take steps toward a green future.
Stay tuned for this journey with us!
